Roman blinds have a neat and tidy appearance. They can be installed within or outside the window frame, allowing the blind to be lifted above the glass without blocking the view. Roman blinds can be lined in the same manner as curtains are lined for total block out or with a translucent polyester cotton lining that protects the base curtain fabric from the sun.
