What are honeycomb blinds?

They have the added advantage of allowing privacy for the bottom part of the window while still being ble to see out the top, a perfect solution for windows with a footpath outside or another house close by. This is achieved by adding a top down bottom up mechanism: the blinds are still attached at the top of the window, but there is a second headrail which allows the blind to be placed wherever you want in the window: you can have it covering only the bottom part of the window, or even place it part way up so you can see out above and below the blind but still see and allow light in at top and bottom.
